All Maple-Hosting dedicated servers include KVM over IP (IPMI) access.
KVM Over IP allows you to control your server remotely even if it is not connected to the internet. It allows you to have remote Keyboard, Video, and Mouse (KVM) connections directly to your server.
In order to access your server's KVM Over IP (also called IPMI), go to the "My Products & Services" by clicking here:

Then, select the server you wish to manage via KVM Over IP and click its status. Once the page loads, scroll down until you see the icon that says KVM Console. Click the button that says "KVM Console".
This will download a file ending in "jnlp" to your computer. If you get a warning in Chrome - click "Keep" or "Download" to download the file. Once you download the file, open it.
Please note that you'll need to have Java downloaded and installed on your computer to access KVM Over IP.
Common Troubleshooting
If you are able to download the "jnlp" file through the client area, however, you get an error when opening the file, the first troubleshooting step we recommend is adding the blocked link (from any error code you get) to the Java Exceptions List.
The Java Exception Site List feature was introduced in the release of Java 7 Update 51. By adding application URL to the Exception list allows users to run Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) that would normally be blocked by security checks.
Manage the Exception Site List
The exception site list is managed in the Security tab of the Java Control Panel. The list is shown in the tab. To add, edit or remove a URL from the list, click Edit Site List.

Once these URLs are added and saved, try opening the "jnlp" file again.
